9:15am and 11:00am
The morning services provide us as a church with an opportunity to come
together to worship, learn and share in fellowship with each other.
With the help of a talented music group, we are able to worship in a
style that suits a modern-day, all-age
congregation. We believe God is central to worship and we seek to make
Him central in all aspects of our service.
During 2010 whilst the main worship area is being refurbished, our two morning services will take place in the main hall at the rear of the church.
On
the 1st Sunday morning of each month, our 11:00am service includes
Communion.
On
the 2nd Sunday morning of each month at our 11:00am service, we enjoy ˜Worship
for all the family". A service where we try to engage all ages
together. A creche is available but we encourage you to come and go
during the worship as seems appropriate for your child and as you feel
comfortable with - we can cope with noisy children (and adults!).
For
2010 our church text is Philippians 3 vs 12b 'I
press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me.'
6:30pm
The evening service is usually held in the Albemarle room
(within the church premises) and tends to be smaller, and provides a
time for more personal reflection.
On the 3rd Sunday of each month, the service includes
Communion.
At each of our
services there is prayer ministry available for those who feel the
need and the prompting of the Holy Spirit. In addition, during months with five
Sundays, we have an evening service aimed more toward the aspect
of healing ministry. At these times there will be more
time available for the laying on of hands and prayer for restoration of
both a physical and spiritual nature.
Junior
Church & Creche
During the 11:00am morning service, we provide a time for children to learn in
a way that is relevant to them. We cater for a variety of ages, with
groups for the specific needs of each age. The groups range from 0 - 15
years. For the security and safety of your child, we operate the
Baptist Union "Safe to Grow" policy.
